Scope of reporting

Negative Environmental Impacts

• Environmental damage caused by business activities and violations of environmental laws
Examples: unauthorized discharge of wastewater, illegal dumping of waste, and noise disturbances around the facility.


Safety and Quality Issues

• Including any actions that may affect product performance during manufacturing, sales, or use.
Examples: use of counterfeit parts, occurrence of product defects.

Unfair Trade Practices and Anti-Competitive Conduct

• Actions that violate fair trade laws and cause disadvantages to consumers or competitors. Examples: unfair price fixing, unjustified high-price purchasing, and collusive activities (cartels).


Abuse of Authority

• The act of using one’s power improperly to seek personal gain or to cause disadvantage to others.
Examples: Issuing unfair work orders, shifting responsibility onto others


Discrimination / Harassment

• Unfair treatment in employment, promotion, compensation, or training opportunities without justifiable reason.
-Examples: Discrimination in wages or promotions based on gender, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault

• Acts that cause sexual humiliation or disgust through sexual behavior, comments, or verbal abuse.
Examples: Unfair treatment based on gender, forcing someone to reveal or act on sexual preferences or interests, etc.

Bribery and Receipt of Gifts or Entertainment

• The act of directly or indirectly receiving money, gifts, or entertainment from business-related parties, or requesting/accepting such benefits.
Examples: Receiving expensive gifts from work-related contacts, accepting entertainment at bars or clubs

Embezzlement / Misappropriation of Assets

• The act of illegally taking or using company assets for personal benefit.
Examples: Illegitimately claiming excessive overtime pay, using company vehicles for personal purposes, using travel expenses for personal trips

Report Handling Procedure

  • Submitted reports are handled confidentially by the Corporate Management Team and the Head Office Legal Team, who directly conduct fact-checking and internal investigations. Reports are typically processed promptly within [14] days of submission, and may be extended up to [60] days if unavoidable circumstances arise.
  • In the case of anonymous reports, the processing period may be longer.
